I have been adding points like crazy. I haven't touched it for about a month or two.
When I went back in, I knew I was so close to getting my Amazon gift card that I wanted, which was like $50 or $60 because I can't even tell anymore. On this stupid site, it shows a balance of 0. This is BS!
I contacted chat, and they were absolutely no help. Where are my points???
Preferred solution: I WANT ALL OF MY REWARD POINTS BACK ON MY ACCOUNT ASAP!!!!
I'm not going to fill out any paper to join to get information to find out how to get my cards I'm not going to fill up my own debit card information to join to get my cars that's not how I'm going to
Please call me on my cell phone 712-308-**** to explain to me what's going on and why I have to join cuz I don't want to have to join with entering my debit card information when I don't have any money in my bank account yes that's correct no money in my bank account

I redeemed my points and the app shut down now it's not letting me get the card number I didn't have trouble the very first time I did it and now I'm unhappy.

y también en muchas partes, como tiktok por ejemplo, veo que cuando escaneas un ticket y obtienes puntos puedes comprar en shein, o en otro tipo como amazon, pero yo quiero comprar en shein, y necesito que me digan cómo exactamente, porque cuando le pico a comprar en shein y entro, verdad, ya llega el momento de pagar, pero no se supone que tenga que pagar yo. yo no, pero ahí dice clarito que se puede comprar con fetch rewards.

I had a $10 TJX reward from Fetch rewards. I was shopping at Marshalls in Costa Mesa near South Coast Plaza and the cashier said the numbers on the reward were invalid I asked her to input the numbers manually.
It still came up invalid number. Thats when I wrote to Fetch and they were not able to help me.
After a few days.I went to a different MARSHALLS and The gift reward was accepted! So yes, this has been resolved.

I have not been given my 4000 points: 1500 for struck snuggle and 2500 for the all detergent. I spent $12 for snuggle and over $23 for the all detergent.
2 referrals and did not receive points
I referred 2 people and they joined Fetch. Did not receive my points. Please help me I used my referral code.

I always receive a blanket answer from customer service, who we all know is computer-generated. I have sent screenshots of the problem that include the offer, when I signed up for the offer, and that prove I used the same email as I did for Fetch to sign up through the app because that was a stipulation.
They just keep telling me I'm sorry you're having problems pulling e-receipts and go into how to do that. I'm very well-versed, and all of my other e-receipt accounts work. It's this one offer that is worth 10,000 points, which is why I'm sure they're not in a hurry to figure it out. I will keep on until they give me my points.
You won't have loyal customers if this is how your customer service is. When there is proof, give me my points already.

I bought a new phone. Try to retrieve my app for fetch. And yeah, I took all of my points. Oh wait, I have 0 points. So I am giving you a 0 rating.
I bought a new phone trying to recei my points from fetch. It's 0 how to y'all give me 0.
When that's the only thing I did was bought a new phone and trying to update it in my new phone.
I need my points. But or else I'm not gonna use you no more.

I have not received my *** Visa gift card for $25 Ive been waiting for over a month and a half now to receive my $25 gift card. I got 30,000 some points for it so Im not understanding why it says available but I cannot retrieve it because theres no number on it.

I placed an order to chewy through the fetch app. Ive done this many times before.
However, this time fetch did not electronically process the order in such a way that they have a record of it. Chewy got the order, and I received it, but no points were awarded. Theres no record of my purchase showing on the fetch app. I contacted fetch more than once about this and the response I got was to make sure my email was connected.
Thats not the problemI regularly order from chewy and Sams wholesale through the fetch app and if someone will take the time to check this out theyll see I use fetch all the time. I want fetch to find my order and award the points. Ive got screen shots of the items ordered and the emailed invoice from chewy, and those were sent to fetch. No one responds to my messages so it seems as though Ive been dismissed.
Were talking about 11,000 points, which is a lot to just blow off.
Im hoping to track down this order and see it properly processed. Thanks for helping me figure out what happened.

I can not use the $50.00 visa you sent me i only. Have it in my phone in gallery so I use the card numbers to try and buy something always declined you were suppose to send me a $50.00 debit visa card I never received this is my 3rd try to figure out with you why no support or to talk to a real person to get this solved
