Please i need my missing points & said they would just give me 100 points!
All fetch support is giving is 100 points. I have many using my fetch card to purchase with Target, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Dollar General.
Need 15,000 points for using my fetch credit card. 6,000 points for buying 3 orders at Target, Walgreens, and CVS. CVS needs 2,000 points. 27,000 points bought a pillow.
DG 2,400.00 x 3 for the purchase of 3 McCafé. 450 points for Walgreens too.

I would recommend the consumer to find another points rebate program besides Fetch. Their response to their fraudulent error was that I was outside the thirty day limit when in fact I began my dispute with them well within the time period but THEY purposely allowed the period to lapse to avoid having to acknowledge my claim. STAY AWAY FROM FETCH
I placed an order to Chewy for $57.17 and Fetch offered 8,000 reward points. I didn't receive my points and contacted Support and provided them with screenshots of my order plus my receipt.
I have done this over four times now and still have not received my reward points nor offered any resolution yet asked the same questions every time by the company. They need to fix the problem immediately and compensate me with extra points for my time and troubles of dealing with something which I never should have had to go through with a legitimate and reputable company.

The dont have a phone number this is just showing to be more and more of a scam
I have never been able to get the gift cards to actually work. I'm pretty sure it's a scam. That or the stores have no clue how to redeem.

Fetch says that I scanned receipts more than once, then stole all of my 61,000 points (earned mostly playing games) and refused to give any back. They are scamming customers who legitimately earn points, then take them away with false accusations.

I am not getting credit for the gas. I purchased at Sams Club.
It goes to my email I used to get credit all the time in the last three or four weeks.
Nothings going through. We do not get a receipt when you scan and go from the gas pump.

On 10-24-25, I purchased 2 boxes of Magnum Ice Cream Bars. With those purchases, it put me over the necessary dollar amount spent to receive 3500 reward points.
However, I was only credited 25 points and showingvI still needed $1.56.
I have requested this be changed but nothing has been done. When I scanned the product code, it only let me scan one but I have two different flavors.

I went to bed because of the 3-day waiting period to receive the gift cards. I woke up to an email from the support team, sending $250 for support. I went to check my account; all points are mysteriously gone, and it doesn't show as a transaction on my accounts, and they canceled my gift cards.
I wish I could give this app a 0-star rating. Don't waste your time.

Chewy said my order didn't qualify because I use constant auto-ship, but that's the only way I can get my dog's food. I don't live in any state but Pennsylvania, so I want my points for my $191.60 Chewy order.
