quiero comprar en shein y no me deja con los fetch rewards que me gano. no deja y yo veo que se puede, pero no sé cómo se hace.
ya lo he intentado muchas veces, necesito ayuda.
y también en muchas partes, como tiktok por ejemplo, veo que cuando escaneas un ticket y obtienes puntos puedes comprar en shein, o en otro tipo como amazon, pero yo quiero comprar en shein, y necesito que me digan cómo exactamente, porque cuando le pico a comprar en shein y entro, verdad, ya llega el momento de pagar, pero no se supone que tenga que pagar yo. yo no, pero ahí dice clarito que se puede comprar con fetch rewards.

I placed an order to chewy through the fetch app. Ive done this many times before.
However, this time fetch did not electronically process the order in such a way that they have a record of it. Chewy got the order, and I received it, but no points were awarded. Theres no record of my purchase showing on the fetch app. I contacted fetch more than once about this and the response I got was to make sure my email was connected.
Thats not the problemI regularly order from chewy and Sams wholesale through the fetch app and if someone will take the time to check this out theyll see I use fetch all the time. I want fetch to find my order and award the points. Ive got screen shots of the items ordered and the emailed invoice from chewy, and those were sent to fetch. No one responds to my messages so it seems as though Ive been dismissed.
Were talking about 11,000 points, which is a lot to just blow off.
Im hoping to track down this order and see it properly processed. Thanks for helping me figure out what happened.

Pending reward points, still processing after 10 days. I’ve been told through email that it was sent, but still shows as “processing”. It’s a 50$ Amazon gift card, and they are not honoring their prog
When you have a points rewards program, honor it. Its supposed to take 72 hours, and its been 10 days.

Im not getting no response in reference to my gift card. My gift card was used according to Walmart in 12/2023 and I received the gift card in 11/28/24.
So theirs no way I used this gift card.
Its a Walmart gift card for$50 and Walmart tracked when the gift card was used. I just want fetch to replace the gift card.i was embarrassed going to the store with a gift card with $0 balance.i won this gift card with points didnt purchase.
- If you get enough points you can get gift cards

Resolved: Missing reward
Couldn't get passed the automated answering machine. Still haven't had any kind of response from Fetch about the gift card that was earned
Cashed out points for a gift card. Got a blank card on my account.
Was supposed to get an email with the card number.
Been a week and still no email with the card number. Tried calling their phone number but got a recording saying that the number is not operational.
User's recommendation: Don't waste your time with this app.

Fetch deducted points and said I'm not following guidelines. I've been submitting nothing but restaurant and pet store receipts! What guidelines am I not following!

Can’t snap for a month now
You do not Have a live person to talk to cannot snap my receipts and no one to help on phone!!! The prompts to select are not what my issue is waste of my time and points I cannot use now frustrating!!!

Did not get my rewards visa, said it was used when I had not used it yet
I don't know how many times I have to keep trying to get in touch with someone who can help me, but I would like to have my $25 Visa rewards card that I have not used, or my points back for the amount of the $25 Visa card.

I truly was confused, I thought the questions were relating to hour organization. I'd be glad to start over.
The Fetch system did not recognize three items on my receipt. These three things were bags of Mars candy.
The reward was massive, like 7k or 8k points. I tried to take a picture of the receipt and resend it in hopes that they would finally recognize the problem. Instead, I received the same response verbatim, which tells me the message has not been read.
I know taking the picture was a no-no. I keep asking if they could just please look at the original receipt; this would resolve the issue.

- When those points do not manifest and staff ignores my pleas to please look at the original receipt
Preferred solution: I would like my points. I specifically bought them to get the huge amount. But the have chosen to ignore my request. Devon L1 support specialist and Jeyasri Support Specialist are two of the staff that refuse to address the problem.

Account was verified under my name and phone number using an android and no one in my family has android I tried contacting them through the phone number just has a pre recorded message saying to email them. Ridiculous that there isnt a feature to get some actual help immediately.
Scary that someone has my name, number and can verify the account when its not even using my device but track records are being sent to my email which is how I caught it.
What is MOST TROUBLING IS I HAVE NOT USED THIS APP EVER WITH MY CURRENT PHONE NUMBER. I HAVE NOT USED OR HAD THIS APP DOWNLOADED ON MY PHONE SINCE 2 phones and 2 phone numbers ago so how is my name and number being used!!!

Preferred solution: I would like to have this hacker not able to access my information or account. I would like there to be a customer service department that actually takes calls and resolves issues like this immediately

Resolved: Lost my original account
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They gave me my points back and I'm not longer locked out of my account!!
If you give me a phone number to call, have someone talk with me and not tell me to go to fetch.com.

Stolen points
i earned 125k points I went to redeem my points to get 2 $50 gift cards for Home depot..Fetch said I had an error with a receipt and they took over 87k points they didn't show me the error to substantiate the reason for taking of my 87k points everything is documented each time I scanned I think they are beating me for my points and don't care.. I want my points back.. u can see from a screen shots that I had the points, and earned them.

Resolved: No Help No Answer

Gift card scam.
It hasn't they told me to wait 7-10days for me to be able to use it but not a valid reason as to why I have to wait.
I don't have the $25 for my fetch rewards it is missing. I want it mailed to me & I cant get anyone on tge phone to help me

User's recommendation: I saved my receipts twice & had a gift card for $25 & I never received it either time. I snapped a picture of the gift card it's there but the only thing I can do is mark as read. There is no number on it like gift cards normally have & of course you have a certain amount of time to use it before its gone. I called 3 companys before someone told me i cant use it for 7-10 & the reasoning made no sense. Ill guarentee like last time it will be gone & i wont be able to use it. It took me a long time to snap pictures of my receipts to get that $25 gift card too! Beware it's a scam!
