Im not getting no response in reference to my gift card. My gift card was used according to Walmart in 12/2023 and I received the gift card in 11/28/24.
So theirs no way I used this gift card.
Its a Walmart gift card for$50 and Walmart tracked when the gift card was used. I just want fetch to replace the gift card.i was embarrassed going to the store with a gift card with $0 balance.i won this gift card with points didnt purchase.

Couldn't get passed the automated answering machine. Still haven't had any kind of response from Fetch about the gift card that was earned
Cashed out points for a gift card. Got a blank card on my account.
Was supposed to get an email with the card number.
Been a week and still no email with the card number. Tried calling their phone number but got a recording saying that the number is not operational.

I don't know how many times I have to keep trying to get in touch with someone who can help me, but I would like to have my $25 Visa rewards card that I have not used, or my points back for the amount of the $25 Visa card.

I truly was confused, I thought the questions were relating to hour organization. I'd be glad to start over.
The Fetch system did not recognize three items on my receipt. These three things were bags of Mars candy.
The reward was massive, like 7k or 8k points. I tried to take a picture of the receipt and resend it in hopes that they would finally recognize the problem. Instead, I received the same response verbatim, which tells me the message has not been read.
I know taking the picture was a no-no. I keep asking if they could just please look at the original receipt; this would resolve the issue.

Preferred solution: I would like my points. I specifically bought them to get the huge amount. But the have chosen to ignore my request. Devon L1 support specialist and Jeyasri Support Specialist are two of the staff that refuse to address the problem.

Account was verified under my name and phone number using an android and no one in my family has android I tried contacting them through the phone number just has a pre recorded message saying to email them. Ridiculous that there isnt a feature to get some actual help immediately.
Scary that someone has my name, number and can verify the account when its not even using my device but track records are being sent to my email which is how I caught it.
What is MOST TROUBLING IS I HAVE NOT USED THIS APP EVER WITH MY CURRENT PHONE NUMBER. I HAVE NOT USED OR HAD THIS APP DOWNLOADED ON MY PHONE SINCE 2 phones and 2 phone numbers ago so how is my name and number being used!!!

Verified ReviewerSomebody used my gift card and I have been playing games and scanning receipts for quit some time now trying to get gift cards . I don’t have much money so getting 50 dollars seemed nice but no.
I played games and scanned receipts for a while, trying to get a reward, and I did, but someone used it. I contacted Nike and they said it had no balance.
Both of them didn't. I was on the phone with them for 40 minutes and they ended up not being able to help since it was a Fetch problem with someone else using it. It was a gift card they scammed me with. I would hate for this to happen to anybody else.
I contacted Fetch and who even knows if they will respond. They only have an email, no number, which makes it less of a chance for them to answer when it is easy to call. I hope I can get a refund of the 50 dollars I worked for in the past few months. But who knows if those gift cards will work either.
It might have just been a mistake and somebody else got the same as me. But it sucks because I have been working to get a gift card, all for nothing. So, I hope y'all see this is all just a scam and would try to use another app.
I was a little unsure since it was free money, but it did not work. I'm sorry for the people that have been putting in as much effort as I have.

It hasn't they told me to wait 7-10days for me to be able to use it but not a valid reason as to why I have to wait.

I snapped a picture of the gift card it's there but the only thing I can do is mark as read. There is no number on it like gift cards normally have & of course you have a certain amount of time to use it before its gone. I called 3 companys before someone told me i cant use it for 7-10 & the reasoning made no sense. Ill guarentee like last time it will be gone & i wont be able to use it. It took me a long time to snap pictures of my receipts to get that $25 gift card too! Beware it's a scam!

I meant 20 items not 29
The first I should have received 4750 points for a family pack of Frito lays mini chip pack and 1000 each for Sara Lee Honey Wheat Bread & I only received 50 points. The first and only time I snapped the first receipt the app told me it was a duplicate.. ??? the second gave me 25 points for the other item.
I immediately messaged fetch after checking my snapped receipts there were only 2 snaps. Then I spoke to a rude person named Steve and he told me it was a duplicate and I assured him it wasn't I just got both receipts 09/12/2024 which was yesterday.. So I'm thinking it's gotta be a glitch in their system because I snapped once for each receipt and sent once for each. They refuse to give me my points for the items with high value which I purchased on purpose for the points.
So I go back to my receipts to check again this morning 09/13/2024 and in between the first 2 receipts was 3 extra snaps that I didn't see the night prior. Now they either put them there or there's a glitch in their system.
Now I have none of the points I'm owed and I can't use the receipts again... .

I think I just need to get my purchase within 72 hours. I said in the terms and conditions, this is dishonest and bad business.
I do not think I would do business with this company again.
Whoever sat in a business meeting and said we would've received what we purchased in 72 hours, that is not true. So, you guys need to go back to the drawing board and come up with a better solution for your critical control points.

- Collin says we never get rewarded once you purchase things and so this is like extortion a thief at his highest highest level
