Why did my account get suspended after trying to redeem my reward.
I’ve been building up and saving then as soon as I go to redeem it said I had to wait 48 hrs because the site was down for maintenance. Go back in there the next day logged me out, wasn’t letting me log in so I thought I may have forgot my password let me reset it and when I go to my email it says you been suspended indefinitely for unusual activity and it’ll stay that way. How do you get unusual activity from scanning receipts that’s all I want to know?
About a month ago I cashed in points to get my $50.00 Visa card, but when I tried to get my card as I wanted the actual card sent to me. I got redirected to (Tango I believe was the name) I got as far as electronic signature and then it stopped working.
I wasn't able to request the card or sign anything, I replied to your email and no response, I decided to try again and that's why I'm contacting you this way.
Is there anything you can do to help me get my $50.00 plastic card? Thank you in advance for any help with this.
Hello there! Our Visa reward is available in two forms - physical and digital. Once the Visa reward has finished processing in the Fetch app, it is then handled by MyDigitalWallet, at which point you will be given the option on their website if you want yours in physical or digital form. If you have chosen the physical version of the Visa card, it can take 10-14 days to arrive. I need my $50 visa reward email to be resent to me please. When I first redeemed, I opted to be sent a physical visa gift card but it never arrived.
In the past when I’ve brought this up, I was told to reach out to the company that was supposed to send it to me, but I’m having no luck.
I’d appreciate it the reward email could be resent to me so I can collect it without any issues. My email address connected to my account is kellylangford@***.com

What is up with a Fetch app? Lately it's more trouble it's worth.
Every week I have to delete everything in Chrome and uninstall and reinstall and reconnect all my accounts. Now this week it started saying "Multiple connections undergoing maintenance".
This app used to be great. Now it just sucks!

Every time I go to Quick Trip for gas Fetch does NOT recognize the "Total" for some reason even though its plainly there. Is there a fix for this issue?

I scanned a receipt and did not get the extra points for a particular item. When looking alon fetch its not showing that item on my receipt BUT is showing it on my Walmart receipt. Wha can I do to get my extra points?
While we’re working to make sure that our software reads all receipts correctly, at times, it may misread an item. I only get 25 points for grocery receipts now. I used to get lots of points for buying certain things. Why did all the “extra” points stop?

Do I have to turn on tracking on my phone to be able to get points with the games for Fetch? I played games for 1 week won a lot but haven’t gotten any points for some time now! Not sure if what to do seems like I’m doing it for mothing
Hello! App Tracking is required for credit for Fetch Play Games. App Tracking allows Fetch to track game playing activity outside the app and award points for reaching in-game milestones. Once you enable App Tracking permissions, you're can start earning points with Fetch Play. This is strictly used to award you points for reaching in-game milestones. Me too....they stole my time, data, and efforts to be a scam....why do they lie and look so credible. Privacy laws and consumer rights advocacy may help. Let's hope.
