Not good service I say I earned a gife card visa for $25 I didn't get help or answer why not active I not doing again the revice fetch if no one can help u or sent a answer I will like a answer why u set a program and not give answer or help people gets flustered need to have a 800 number so people can reach u fetch

Not able to speak to a representative. My issue has not been resolved.

Very frustrated.! need someone to reach out to me or your representative?

How can you waste so much time scanning receipts and then when youre going to use them theyre not there or theyre not available or theres some kind of flaw in the app very frustrating to anyone especially me. Can't get help for rewards when you need to resolve something. There's no one to speak to.

Same answers are given over & over. No one to talk to to actually resolve anything.

Very frustrating. I saved a year for a $25 reward and it disappeared as used when I never used it.
