I went shopping yesterday and I received 2 receipts one for 20 items and the other for 1 item because I forgot something.in the grocery store. When I returned home I put my groceries away then went to snap the first receipt with 29 items costing me $241.68 and the other costing me $23.67.

The first I should have received 4750 points for a family pack of Frito lays mini chip pack and 1000 each for Sara Lee Honey Wheat Bread & I only received 50 points. The first and only time I snapped the first receipt the app told me it was a duplicate.. ??? the second gave me 25 points for the other item.

I immediately messaged fetch after checking my snapped receipts there were only 2 snaps. Then I spoke to a rude person named Steve and he told me it was a duplicate and I assured him it wasn't I just got both receipts 09/12/2024 which was yesterday.. So I'm thinking it's gotta be a glitch in their system because I snapped once for each receipt and sent once for each. They refuse to give me my points for the items with high value which I purchased on purpose for the points.

So I go back to my receipts to check again this morning 09/13/2024 and in between the first 2 receipts was 3 extra snaps that I didn't see the night prior. Now they either put them there or there's a glitch in their system.

Now I have none of the points I'm owed and I can't use the receipts again... Angry.

Preferred solution: I want my missing points and an apology for being accused of something I would never do by Steve's accusatory statements. I know how to use the app I've been using it for more than a year. I don't appreciate him insulting my intelligence at all.

I lost 98,000 points even tho the night before I had 45,000. Fetch told me receipts were duplicate even though they weren't and that they can't put points back into the account. Good luck

I think I just need to get my purchase within 72 hours. I said in the terms and conditions, this is dishonest and bad business.

I do not think I would do business with this company again.

Whoever sat in a business meeting and said we would've received what we purchased in 72 hours, that is not true. So, you guys need to go back to the drawing board and come up with a better solution for your critical control points.

I saved 35,000 points for a $25 gift card. As soon as I waited the 3 days to redeem it, they cancelled it because they said I didn't have enough points.

However, I had already applied for it when I had the points and this wasted my time.

I saved so many receipts to get it and this happens to me. I needed it for gas and oil, and they pull this nonsense.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The App customer service dept. kept their word & added my points back as they promised!!!

My phone needed to be upgraded to the point that it was literally not even allowing me to update Fetch rewards updates at all. Customer service was so awesome.

They promised me that if I upgraded my phone, which I just did to an iPhone 16 Pro Max, I would hopefully have no more problems. However, you guys kept your promise about giving me my points back and you did it! That brought tears to my eyes literally because this world is just so crazy, and you guys didn't have to do that, but you did, and my heart goes out to you guys. I hope you all had a wonderful holiday and have a wonderful New Year.

I cannot open my Fetch account to add receipts. I have deleted the app and re-added it several times. I receive the screen message: 'Check your connection and try again.' My Wi-Fi is connected.

Hello! It is possible that your phone (or WiFi network) is using a VPN which can route your IP address through a different country.

At this time, our application does not support connections with a VPN, and you will need to turn off your VPN in order to use Fetch. In order to do so, you may need to turn your VPN off in either the phone settings or in an application. Fetch is only accessible in the US/Puerto Rico and therefore can cause an IP address to be blocked which doesn't allow you to use the app. iOS Devices: 1) Go to your phone's settings.

2) Click on "General" settings 3) Scroll down to find VPN 4) Make sure that the VPN setting is "Not Connected" These instructions may or may not be exact depending on what type of device you use. You may have to check the instruction manual for the VPN settings on your router.

If the VPN setting is turned off and you still cannot log in, please try connecting to a different network (mobile data or WiFi) and attempting again. If you have questions, please let us know at support@fetch.com!

The ad on Fetch said, 'Buy 3 Brisk iced teas for 1000 points', and I bought three but only got 25 points. I also spent $10 on Triscuit crackers and was supposed to get 1000 points, but did not.

I bought a new puppy 3 months ago,he had his first distemper shot with seller of dog. He gave me the medical records and I took pictures and sent it to fetch that way you have his existing medical history.

Then I brought him to vet ,then sent the invoice to fetch and I got reimbursed. Then unfortunately he went to the hospital, do to diarrhea, vomiting and dehydration. They sent him home with medicine and he's better,but when I sent the invoice to fetch they said there was some missing documents! They were right,I didn't realize they had a PDF folder and so then I sent it.

They said they received it and will take up to two weeks to review? Now they are saying that I am missing more documents,of his medical history? I haven't had him but roughly 3 months,what medical history!

Because I already got reimbursed for the first time I took them to the vet, so if they had enough for the reimbursement then! Then there is no other documents I can begin to imagine that they need?

Ive been declined my rewards 2 times? After working hard to get my points then they did not return all my reward points?

On June 2024 I was declined my $25 reward and they did not return my reward points.

Now I redeemed my $50 reward on Oct 4th 2024.

Which they said it takes only 3 days, its been 4 days.

They just declined my points againt on Oct 7, 2024 and did not return all my points, they only return 39,533 points, I LIKE TO KNOW WHY? I AM GETTING CHEATED BY their COMPANY.

They took $75 from me

I cannot ever talk to a real person, and I have been waiting on a response for a few days now and total silence.

I clearly spent the minimum $30.00 needed for the General Mills rewards, and when I took a picture of my receipt, it said it was being reviewed. I haven't heard anything back from anyone, and I don't see a ticket anywhere on my account for this missing deal.

I cannot talk to a real person, so I just wait and see if anyone responds.

Hopefully, I hear something before they can say, 'Oh, that deal has ended' when I clearly have my stuff in on time. So frustrating.
