Referral code difficulty. Help not readily available
The person I sent a referral code to had a difficult time with it and there was no one to call for help with it. This is the second time this has happened and I feel that they should reach reaching out and putting this through for me would be what would make me a happy customer but as of right now they keep telling me to do what we’ve already done and had trouble with so they’re not understanding. The last time this happened was the same thing.
This is the second time a referral has not been able to use the referral code that Ive sent them and then no confirmation have I seen. and trying to get a hold of Customer Service someone to take care of it right away is practically impossible.
Therefore, I would like to ask you to give me the credit due for referring a friend. Her name is Jane Doiron

Every time I use my points for my rewards, it says process, and then it goes into decline mode
This has happened several times to me when I redeem my points for retail gift cards. It always says processing and then decline.
Why are my gift cards declining? I have like four sitting in there on my profile that says declined but they take my points thats not fair to me as a dedicated customer so I would appreciate if somebody contact me as soon as possible.

How to use online directions should be more clear. An actual card should be sent instead of limiting you to online purchases.
Very annoying. Both $25 awards are gone. Can't get in touch with anyone.

I won the sweepstakes 200,000 points and I chose 3 visa cards for 50.00 This morning they were all cancelled. I am not very pleased at all.

I redeemed them for 3, 50.00 visas and they cancelled them. This is not a way to make me want to deal with your company anymore. I don't think Better business bureau would think so either thankyou for your time?, and I hope you review and see the pics also.

Missing earned points which they added to my account. Don't give up.
I made 3 purchases through Fetch between 8/8 and 8/14, and I never received the 10,000 points. I have contacted them through their in-app help center.
They asked me to send screenshots of everything in my order, but my emails are stuck in the queue and not sent.
I have explained that to them, but they just keep sending the same information to email screenshots, which I can't! I need an alternative.

Somehow I have 2 acct with exact same info. Since. This happened I can only get into newest acct set up and all of my points are on the other acct even though EVERYTHING on both acct are exact same.

They don't like to give the big points. Just stay on top of everything you can so they can't act like your lying
